Quantum Creators Con made its debut from February 3-9, 2025, successfully concluding with a showcase highlighting the potential of interdisciplinary collaboration in quantum computing. This competition, organized by QuEra Computing, paired STEM students with creatives to produce engaging content that demystifies neutral atom quantum computing (NAQC) for the public.
Over the course of a week, 12 teams worked intensively to craft compelling projects that translate complex concepts surrounding the hardware behind neutral atom quantum computing into accessible and impactful media. Below is a summary of each team's outcomes—see how QuEra's neutral atom quantum computing is shaping the future.
Top Four Teams
The following teams stood out for their exceptional creativity, clarity, and impact in communicating neutral atom quantum computing:
Qutrit – Pranjal Agarwal (Hunter College), Charlene Chow(New York University), Euijin Lee (School of Visual Arts)
Summary: Developed the layout for an interactive app that makes learning about the workflow of QuEra’s neutral-atom computers engaging and fun.

A New Accessible Era for Science Communication
Quantum Creators Con was launched to make quantum computing more approachable, engaging, and inclusive by bringing STEM and creative students together.
As described by one of the participants, "The Creative Con experience brought the beauty of science and art together. It was both challenging and exciting to express a complex scientific process through creativity!" – Ege Tezcan, NYU, Team Mobius
We extend our gratitude to our sponsors and collaborators, including the UK Government Talent Network, Unitary Foundation, Error Corp, Moth Quantum, The National Society of Black Engineers at Columbia, and City College of New York, whose support made this event possible. We also thank our esteemed judges—Tommaso Marci (QuEra), Pedro Lopes (QuEra), Angelina Frank (Horizon Quantum), Ben Castanon (Unitary Foundation), Melanie McClain (Blurred Lines), and Spencer Topel (Moth Quantum)—for their expertise and dedication in shaping this initiative.
